The city of Athens deserves to be called the capital of Greece. First time travellers to the city immediately head to the Acropolis. This is the site where the classical Greek civilization and Athens itself began. There is a group of breathtaking temples that are mostly dedicated to Athena, which is the goddess of wisdom.
